I ran into these discrepencies as well. It was not until I became a Clickbank vendor that I finally realized what was going on. Clickbank cookies are usually enabled for 45 days, and they are on a first click, first paid basis.

This means that if someone read a review for, say, Keyword Elite and clicked on an affiliate link to go to the website, that cookie will be active for the next month and a half. The person does not buy right then, but later decides to purchase. They run a quick search for Keyword Elite, find your ad on the results page, click it, and make a purchase.

Google shows a conversion, but Clickbank does not…
